Usage: Arimidex (Anastrozole) is an aromatase inhibitor developed to treat breast cancer in women by lowering estrogen. This property makes it beneficial to a bodybuilder to either block or control estrogen production during a cycle and in a Post cycle therapy
The difference between Arimidex and Nolvadex is that Arimidex blocks estrogen while Nolvadex only controls it.
The general range of Arimidex doses is 0.5-1 mg daily. An individual should adjust their dose depending on how they feel the body is responding.
